Xie Ying has Chinese lawyer's practice qualification, securities qualification certificate and fund qualification. She has practiced for more than ten years since 2003. During this period, she worked in international and Chinese law firms, securities companies, multinational companies and large private enterprises as a lawyer and in-house counsel.

During her career, Ms. Xie focused on the company's legal affairs, mergers and acquisitions, litigation & arbitration, and has accumulated rich work experience in related fields. Her educational background includes Bachelor of Laws (China University of Political Science and Law) and Master of Laws (TLBU Law School, South Korea). As a visiting scholar, Ms.Xie studied EU law and international law in the TLBU International Law Institute in Paris ; She also visited WTO, OECD, WIPO, ILO, EU and other international organizations.
